Call Me Kazz.
I am an "Atlanta" Native, raised in the city of Roswell just north of town. I spent my formative years not just exploring the north side of town, but throughout the metro Atlanta area.
Growing up, we watched our town grow from horse farms to country clubs. As both of my parents were experienced flight attendants, and my mother later moving into Human Resources, I was raised with an emphasis on communication, service, and high standards for personal appearance and conduct. We travelled often, and I have experienced more of the world than most, and have a deep appreciation for cultural diversity.
I learned by watching my folks at an early age during the Eastern Airline strikes that in a world of uncertainty, my work ethic, communication, trade skills, and insatiable enthusiasm for learning would provide the foundation for a stable life, no matter the circumstances. I have instilled these same values in my daughter, who is now grown, married, and successfully launched.
Like a great novel, my life has had many twists, turns, and adventures, to which my wide skill set will attest.
What I'm Seeking
As a veteran of the entertainment industry, and as a single mother, I have developed multiple skills, solid work ethic and an unmatchable drive to succeed alongside my team - whether as a teammate or manager. During slow periods of the entertainment industry, I have taken on outside work in multiple fields.
My philosophy is that I will always work alongside my team, never above them, as every position and personnel holds value, and every team member and manager must understand how each position operates and be able to take on that work as relief if necessary. I am a firm believer in promoting a positive, safe, well-trained, team oriented environment.
After a successful adventure of a career in the entertainment industry, I am now seeking to bring my service, craft, and leadership skills to a more stable arena. It's time to find the "landing pad" that will see me through to my retirement years.
I currently reside on the North side of the Atlanta Perimeter, and am seeking employment within a 30 mile radius of 285 in any direction.
